LAMINATION
Lamination combines several different materials to form a multilayer composite. It is possible to combine textiles produced in TEBO, a.s., textiles supplied by the customer, or other non-textile materials. TEBO, a.s. has several technologies for bonding textiles, all in a maximum working width of 170 cm.

INNOVATION OF MACHINE EQUIPMENT
TEBO, a.s. became the proud owner of new top-level machinery for the production of multifunctional laminates. It expanded its "fleet" for the production of multi-layer materials.
This multi-purpose coating and lamination line uses modern HOT MELT adhesive application technology (heat-melting adhesive), which allows us to join not only textiles, but also membranes and other non-textile flexible materials. The resulting products find applications in many sectors such as automotive interior components, multifunctional textiles, medical textiles, home textiles, materials for construction and industrial use (such as roofing membranes, abrasives, adhesive tapes) and fiber-based composites (e.g. as filter media ).
